Terms and Conditions

Linocut Workshop Booking Terms:

Thank you for booking a linocut workshop. These workshops are carefully prepared in small groups, and your booking helps cover materials, studio time, and preparation in advance. The following terms help keep things running smoothly for everyone.

If You Need to Cancel

If you cancel 14 days or more before the workshop, you can choose either:

  • a full refund, or

  • a credit toward a future workshop.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop are unfortunately non-refundable.

Can Someone Else Come Instead?

Yes — if you can no longer attend, you’re very welcome to send someone in your place. Just let us know their name before the workshop begins.

If the Workshop Has to Be Cancelled

In the unlikely event that the workshop needs to be cancelled by the organiser, you will receive a full refund.

Health & Safety

Linocut tools are sharp and should be used with care at all times. By attending the workshop, participants acknowledge the inherent risks involved in using carving tools and printing equipment.

Participants are responsible for following all safety guidance provided during the workshop. Neither the workshop organiser nor the venue can accept responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse of tools, equipment, or failure to follow instructions.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone behaving in a way that may put themselves or others at risk.

Age Requirement

Workshops are suitable for participants aged 16 and over only. Participants under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian to attend.

Workshop Credits

Credits can be used toward a future workshop, subject to availability.

Thank you for supporting small, independent creative workshops.
